Joseph Njoku-Obi didn't start as a coach; he started as a man who needed one. That journey is now the foundation of everything he teaches.
For more than 25 years, Joseph has walked with Christian men through recovery, discipleship, and leadership. He has helped married couples rebuild trust and restore intimacy. He has mentored marketplace and ministry leaders to lead with biblical clarity at work, at home, and in their communities.
His approach is honest, warm, and grounded in Scripture with the practical structure of a seasoned coach. He believes people don't grow because they get more information; they grow because they finally get truth, accountability, and a real path forward.
Joseph is the founder of DiscipleLifeCoach, host of the DiscipleLife Podcast, and creator of the DiscipleLife Academy, a growing community of Christians serious about following Jesus in every corner of their lives.
