I am a disciple of Christ, husband, father, Life coach, mentor and a minister. Disciplining men to be fully devoted followers of Christ has been my passion for over 25 years. With my wife we have also discipled many Christian husbands and wives to create and build strong, healthy Christ centered marriages.

I have also been a mid level manager for over forty years specializing in vision casting, team building and implementing relational leadership principals in ministerial organizations and the secular marketplace. I specialize in helping individuals and groups take action and get results using goal setting and strategic planning tools to see each one reach their God given potential.

My approach fosters a supportive community where men can share their experiences and challenges, empowering them to get results, becoming the leaders they aspire to be. Together, we cultivate a life of purpose and commitment to achieve the purposes that we have been created for.
